Stop working after a month.

Bought it for IKEA’s standing desk. The original cable was broken after about a year. Thought this one would probably do the same thing. But stop working after a month. Disappointed.【Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2020】

Truly plug and play!!

Wanted to hook up my 2020 iPad Pro to an old Yamaha keyboard and use it as a midi controller on Garageband. I literally did nothing but plug it in and it worked great right away. Highly recommended!! 【Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2020】

Simple and Modern MIDI Cable

Arrives in full retail box.
Inside: Warranty and USB Type-C cable.
Made really well.

I'm using an old Casio CTK-551 keyboard with a modern windows 10 PC.
I have a few different DAW's.
For this review i used Music Maker.
As it worked with no real setup or issues of any kind.

Connect the USB-Type C to the computer, the other end will connect to your 2 midi ports on the back of the keyboard.
I also needed to use a headphone cable out of the keyboard into my pc via a PreSonus AudioBox USB 96 with my studio monitors.
Now i can hear the keys i'm playing, while recording.
Power cable to power my keyboard.
Opened Music Maker and started a new project.
Software detects midi.
Simply click the record button and start playing.
Click the stop button.
Now click play and listen.
This unit works and it was that simple to use.
The unit has a blue led when connected to your PC.
Red led's for the midi in and out.

It's nice to see that a device for this price that works this well.
Very pleased.
I'm thinking of putting some loop and hook on the back of the device.
This will keep it attached to my keyboard. // Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2020 //

Works as expected.

It works as expected though feels a little ‘plasticky’.

Works immediately and seamlessly (tested on a MacBook Pro running Catalina)

This was a replacement cable for a cheaper brand that didn’t work well for my intensive purpose (using a MacBook Pro with Catalina). As this computer only has USB-C ports, I needed a USB converter for the previous cable which may have been the issue. Everything has been seamless so far with this cable.
