Hardware Connection
Digitallife's USB-MIDI Cable are declared the compatibility of most of the Windows OS (Windows 10 / 8.x / 7) & macOS. Digitallife does not support mobility devices, such as: Android OS or Apple Tablet unless you have specific needs on it. Please ask Digitallife in advance.
a. Windows OS (Windows 8.x / 10)
Most of the USB device's compatibility checking and hardware checking can be done at Windows OS' Device Manager.
b. macOS (10.11 - 11.1)
To confirm that the Mac OS detects your USB device, complete the following:
Click the Apple icon --> About This Mac ---> More Info or System Report.
Under the appropriate heading, confirm that your USB device is listed and that there isn't an error. For example, a network card would be under Ethernet Cards. You may need to refresh the System Information page after you plug in your device. To do so, press Command + R with the System Information page open.
